In this specific cases we require additional evidence to legitimize the guarantee. Official account bans or item removals after sale are not covered unless it is banned within the first 72 hours of account access.
DISCOUNTS & COUPONS
The amount illegible for a refund is the amount paid for the product at the moment of the purchase and on the legal receipt after discounts, voucher or any kind of credit applied.
Returns are not accepted, but in case they are eligible for a return all the details associated with the account or service must be provided with FULL access. The service or product must also be returned untouched and its original content/features. The buyer will receive store credit and not a cash refund.
